알레르기 비염으로 죽는 경우는 거의 없으나 그 병으로 소아청소년들이나 성인들의 일상 삶의 질에 부정적으로 많이 영향 끼친다.
또 알레르기 비염의 병력을 가진 성인들과 소아청소년들에게
천식,
만성 비염,
부비동염,
중이염,
비용(코 폴립),
상기도염 등 동반질환이 더 잘 발생하며
이 알레르기 비염은 친 부모 형제자매들에게도 흔히 나타난다.
알레르기 비염은 급성으로 한번 생겼다가 없어지는 알레르기 질환이 아니다.
이 병의 증상 징후와 진단 치료도 복잡하다.
많은 사람들은 알레르기 비염의 증상 징후가 경미할 때 알레르기 비염을 숱하게 많은 사약으로 치료하고,
부모들과 환아 자신들이 약국에서 항히스타민제 등을 의사 처방 없이 구입해 치료하기도 한다.

알레르기 비염은 비강 점막층에 생긴 알레르기 질환이다. 즉 면역체 IgE 중개로 생기는 비강 점막층 염증성 질환의 일종이다.

숨 쉴 때 비강 내로 직접 흡인 된
화분(꽃가루),
집 먼지 진드기(집먼지좀진드기),
짐승의 털이나 비듬,
새 깃털,
그 외 항원과 비강 점막층에 있는 항체가 결합해 이상반응을 일으킬 때 알레르기 비염 이 생긴다.
또 경구를 통해 섭취한 음식물 단백질 성분이 위장관 점막층에서 피 속으로 흡수된 후 비강 내 점막층에 도달하게 된다.
그 단백질의 성분 항원이 비강 점막층에 이미 있는 항체가 서로 결합해 항원 항체이상반응을 일으켜 알레르기 비염이 생길 수 있다.
다시 설명하면, 항원이 호흡기의 기도 점막층, 소화계 위장관 점막층이나 피부층을 통해 신체 내로 들어와 비강 내 점막층에서 항원 항체 이상 반응이 생길 때 알레르기 비염이 비강 점막층에서 생길 수 있다.
환아 자신은 물론이고, 부모들은 알레르기 비염의 정의, 원인, 증상 징후, 진단 치료, 예방 등에 관해 가능한 한 많이 알아야 이병을 잘 치료할 수 있다.

Some allergic rhinitis is not treated well and is treated with allergic immunotherapy.
Nowadays, instead of treating allergic rhinitis by injecting allergy immune substances into the skin layer, allergic rhinitis is treated with sublingual immunotherapy by injecting allergy immune substances under the tongue.
Allergic rhinitis is an allergic disease that occurs in the nasal mucosa layer. In other words, it is a type of inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa layer caused by the immune system IgE.

Allergic rhinitis occurs when other antigens and antibodies in the nasal mucosa layer combine to cause an adverse reaction.
Additionally, food protein components ingested orally are absorbed into the blood from the gastrointestinal mucosa layer and then reach the mucous membrane layer in the nasal cavity.
Allergic rhinitis may occur when the protein component antigen binds with antibodies already present in the nasal mucosa layer, causing an antigen-antibody reaction.
In other words, allergic rhinitis can occur in the nasal mucosa when an antigen enters the body through the airway mucosa layer of the respiratory tract, digestive system, gastrointestinal mucosa layer, or skin layer and causes an abnormal antigen-antibody reaction in the mucous membrane layer of the nasal cavity.
Parents, as well as the patient themselves, should know as much as possible about the definition, causes, symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of allergic rhinitis so that they can treat the disease well.
