거짓 말, 선의 거짓 말도 해서는 안된다고 자녀에게 가르친다.
최근에 아는 판사 한 분을 동네길에서 우연히 맞낫다.
그분의 딸이 나의 아들과 이곳 고등학교 동기 동창생이었고 그분이 판사가 되기 전 나의 단골 변호사였기 때문에 안면이 있는 판사였다.
말을 나누다가 그분의 말이 ‘ 만일 나의 자식이 거짓말을 하고 그로 인해 체포되어 내 앞에 서서 재판을 받고 감옥방에 앉아 있는 것을 본다고 생각하면 정신이 아찔하다고”.
거짓말, 선의의 거짓말도 해서는 안 된다고 자녀에게 가르친다.
거짓말을 여반장처럼 하면서 그 죄인 줄 모르고 또 어린 자녀들 앞에서 거짓말을 복끈콩을 주어 먹든 한다면 그 자녀들은 어떻게 될까 염려된다.
