소아 폐렴을 치료 할때 통상적으로 피 세균 배양 검사를 꼭 해야하나,휵막강 삼출액이 있는 폐렴이나 중등도나 중증도 지역 감염 폐렴을 앓을 때는 피 세균 배양검사를 하도록 권장한다. When treating pneumonia in children, should a blood bacterial culture test be routinely performed?
