● Castor oil is a laxative that induces diarrhea.
● Its laxative effect is quite strong.
● Constipation can be caused by various factors.
● Therefore, if you experience constipation, you should first determine the cause, or make a presumptive diagnosis before selecting the appropriate constipation treatment.
● The causes of constipation can be divided into organic and functional causes. In many cases, the exact cause of constipation is unknown.
● Do not treat constipation of unknown cause with castor oil.
● If castor oil is accidentally ingested orally, it can cause severe castor oil tracheitis, bronchitis, or pneumonia in the trachea, bronchi, or lungs.
● There is no need to keep castor oil in the home, and it should not be used to treat constipation in children.

I think it has been more than a century since we needed a parenting information bible in Korean that contains health promotion information that can be easily accessed and read by anyone, anywhere, anytime, to promote health, which is one of the basic necessities of life for Korean men, women, and children in Korea and around the world.
If you have the time, I would like to give the entire Parenting Bible to every Korean family.
If I have time, I would love to read the entire Parenting Bible aloud to my beloved Korean parents.
Of course, there may be some shortcomings. I am confident that if you refer to other parenting bibles while raising your children, they will undoubtedly grow up happily. Sincerely, Sangwon Lee
