·  환아와 돌보는 사람에게 잠자는 습관을 잘 들이게 하라고 카운슬린 하고  담배를 피우지 않게 카운 슬링을 한다

·   Propranolol  예방적 치료 효과는 50% 정도라고 환아와 가족에게 알린다.

급성 편두 통은 당과 같이 치료 한다

1.      소아 사춘기 경우, Ibuprofen 액을  kg당 10 mg를 경구 복용한다.

2.      사춘기의 경우, Ibuproen 에다  Sumatriptans/naproxen와 Zolmitriptan

3.      구토나 구기가  있으면 구토 치료 제로 치료 한다

4.      Ibuprofen으로 월  15일 이상 치료 해서는 안되고 Triptans으로  9일  이상 치료해서는  안된다

· Counsel the patient and the caregiver to develop good sleeping habits and provide counseling to prevent the child from smoking.
· Inform the patient and family that propranolol has a preventive treatment effect of about 50%.

Acute migraine is treated with medication.
1. For children and adolescents, take 10mg of Ibuprofen solution orally per kg of body weight.
2. For adolescents, Ibuprofen plus Sumatriptan/naproxen and Zolmitriptan
3. If vomiting or nausea occurs, treat with an anti-vomiting agent.
4. Ibuprofen should not be treated for more than 15 days per month, and Triptans should not be treated for more than 9 days per month.
