뇌진탕과 스포츠 뇌진탕 평가 툴
Concussion and Sport Concussion Assessment
직접 힘이나 간접 힘이 두부에 가해 져 뇌 기능 장해가 생기고
다음과 같은 여러 증상이 생길 수 있고 기억력 장애가 생길 수도
있고 생기지 않을 수도 있고
의식을 잃을 수도 있는 중추신경 외상이다.
환자가 다음 스포츠 뇌진탕 평가 툴로 중증도를 평가 할 수 있다 .
뇌진탕을 입은 것 같으면
그 현장에서 운동을 더 이상 하지 않게 하고
의사나 응급의료의 도움을 받아 응급치료를 받아야 한다.

특히 두부 외상을 받은 후 24~48시간 내

두통이 더 하거나
-
정상아상으로 조립거나 깨울 수 없거나
-
장소나 사람을 인식 할 수 없거나
-
구토를 계속 하거나
-
대단히 예민하거나 혼동 하거나
-
경련하든지 팔이니 다리를 젘하거나
-
팔달가 절거나 약하거나
-
말을 우둔하게 하거나 반듯이 설 수 없으면
-
의사의 도움을 즉시 받아야 한다.

뇌진통(Concussion)을 경험한 이후 12개월 이내에 뇌진탕으로 인해 10대 자살 위험성이 증가한다는 연구 결과가 나왔다.
또 10대에 생긴 뇌진탕으로 인해 10대 아이에게 기분장애(mood)도 생길 수 있다고 한다. 자살은 10대 아이들의 사망 원인의 세번째이디

Concussion and Sports Concussion Assessment
This is a central nervous system injury caused by direct or indirect force to the head, which can cause brain dysfunction and may or may not result in memory loss or loss of consciousness.
Patients can assess the severity of their injury using the following sports concussion assessment tool.
If you believe you have suffered a concussion,
stop further activity at the scene and seek emergency medical attention from a physician or emergency medical technician.
Especially within 24-48 hours of the head injury,
if the headache worsens,
if the patient cannot be woken up or woken up normally,
if the patient cannot recognize places or people,
if the patient continues to vomit,
if the patient becomes extremely irritable or confused,
if the patient convulses,
if the patient limps or is weak,
if the patient slurs their speech, or if the patient cannot stand upright,

The numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 indicate almost no symptoms and 6 indicates the most severe symptoms.

A study found that concussions increase the risk of suicide in teens within 12 months of experiencing a concussion.
It also found that concussions in teens can cause mood disorders. Suicide is the third leading cause of death among teenagers.
