Rough face, stiff joints, mental retardation, normal cornea
Growth retardation, severe mental retardation, large lips, clawed hands, broad bones, hepatosplenomegaly, hirsutism, inguinal hernia, mucopurulent nasal discharge, progressive hearing loss, diarrhea, crystal-like skin, kyphosis, flat feet, osteoarthritis of the femoral head, retinitis pigmentosa, congestive heart failure, coronary artery occlusion, prominent forehead, broad nasal bridge, large tongue, etc.

Symptomatic Treatment
Does not occur in girls.
