전신 홍반 루프스(Systemic lupus erythematosus /SLE)는 

만성 자가면역 질환이다.

이 병을 앓는 70~90%는 여성이다.

지금까지 완치 시킬 수 있는 약은 없다. 

최근 Belimumab (Benlysta)  혈관 주사로 치료한 결과 효과가 좋다고 한다.
