티오트로피움
Tiotropium
티오트로피움은 장기 무스카린 대항제이고 항콜린제의 일종이다.
12세 이상 소아 청소년의 천식이 치료 중 악화되어 코티코스테로이드 치료가 요할 때 코티코스테로이드에다 티오트로피움을 첨가해 악화된 천식을 치료하면 된다고 한다.

Tiotropium
Tiotropium is a long-acting muscarinic antagonist and anticholinergic.
In children and adolescents aged 12 years and older, when asthma worsens during treatment and corticosteroid therapy is required, tiotropium can be added to corticosteroids to treat the exacerbated asthma.
