신생아 할리퀸 색 변화는 일시적으로 생기고 양성적인 징후이다.

마취제와 Alprostadil을 신생아에게 주었을 후 또는 아무런 약을 주지 않아도 생길 수 있다. 전신의 한쪽 피부가 붉은 붉은색으로 변한다.

혈관의 톤의 변화로 생긴다.

치료가 요하지 않고 몇 분 내 자연히 없어진다.

Harlequin Color Change in a Neonate

Harlequin color change in a neonate is a temporary, benign sign.
It can occur after anesthesia and alprostadil are administered to the newborn, or even without any medication. One side of the body’s skin turns red and erythematous.
It is caused by a change in vascular tone.
It does not require treatment and resolves spontaneously within a few minutes.
