정낭 덩굴 정맥류
Scrtotal Varicoceles
고환 바로 위에 있는 정맥 혈관이 확장된 현상이다.
흔히 사춘기 때부터 이 병이 생길 수 있다.
20%의 정도의 남성들에게 정낭 덩굴 정맥류가 생길 수 있다.
작을 때 정낭 덩굴 정맥류가 있는지 모를 수도 있고, 크면 고환의 바로 위 부위에서 작은 주머니 같은 정낭 덩굴 정맥류가 만져진다. 누어 있을 때 크기가 작아지거나 만져지지 않을 수 있다.
크면 은근하게 아플 수도 있다. 무증상일 수 있다. 정낭 정맥 속 밸부 유전 이상으로 생길 수 있다. 큰정낭 덩굴정맥류로 불임증이 생길 수 이다.
무증상이거나 불임증이 없으면 관찰한다. 필요에 따라 울트라 사운드로 확진한다.
치료가 필요 하면 비뇨과에서 진단 수술 치료를 받든다

Seminal Vesicle Varicoceles
Seminal vesicle varicoceles are dilated veins located just above the testicle.
This condition often begins during puberty.
About 20% of men develop seminal vesicle varicoceles.
When small, seminal vesicle varicoceles may go unnoticed. When large, they can be felt as small sacs just above the testicle. They may be smaller or not palpable when lying down.
Large varicoceles may be mildly painful. They may be asymptomatic. The valves in the seminal vesicle veins can be caused by genetic abnormalities. Large seminal vesicle varicoceles can cause infertility.
If asymptomatic or infertile, observation is recommended. Ultrasound can be used to confirm the diagnosis, if necessary. If treatment is necessary, a urologist will provide diagnostic and surgical treatment.
