3 고위험 라임병 유행지역에서 고 라이병 위험 진드기에 물인후 뇌염, 신경뿌리염, 뇌신
경 마비, 정신 장애 등이 있으면 라임병이라고 획진하기 위해 통상 라임병 선별검사를
꼭 할 필요가 없다.
4. 소아들에게 행동 장애, 발육이상, 정신 장애가 있으면 라임병이 있는지 고려하라고
5. 라이병을 치료받은 후 재발성 비정형적 피로 등을 항생제로 치료할 필요 없다고.

1. In areas with high Lyme disease prevalence, prevent with a single oral dose of doxycycline within 72 hours of a tick bite.
2. If erythema borderline is present, treat with doxycycline for 10 days or amoxcillin or ceproxim for 14 days.
3. In areas with high Lyme disease prevalence, if a tick bite causes encephalitis, radiculitis, cranial nerve palsy, or mental retardation, routine Lyme disease screening is not necessary to confirm a diagnosis.
4. Consider Lyme disease in children with behavioral problems, developmental abnormalities, or mental retardation.
5. Recurrent atypical fatigue after treatment for Lyme disease does not require antibiotic treatment.
