E형 간염 바이러스(Hepatitis E virus) 감염으로 생기는 간염은 상하수도 시설이 잘되지 않는 곳에서 이 간염이 유행하고, 위생관리가 부족한 사람들에게 이 간염이 더 잘 발생한다. E 형 간염 바이러스가 있는 대변이 오염된 물을 마셔도 이 병에 걸릴 수 있고 위생 시설이 잘 된 곳에서 사는 사람들이 E 형 간염 바이러스 가 오염된 생 소고기나 돼지 고기를 먹어도 이 간염에 걸일 수 있다. 특히 인도, 아시아, 아프리카, 중동, 중앙아메리카 등의 위생 시설이 잘 되지 않은 지역에서 E형 감염이 발생한다. 블란서, 영국 등 에서도 발생하고 미국에서는 주로 E 형 간염이 유행하는 지역을 여행한 사람들에게 주로 발발 생한다 |
열, 구토, 복통, 피곤, 관절통, 노란 색 눈, 노란 오줌, 때로는 무증상이기도 하고 죽을 수도 있다. 특히 임신부가 간염에 걸리면 더 심하게 앓을 수 있고, 최고 30% 정도의 임신부가 죽는다. |
특별한 간염을 진단한다. 진단한다. 한다.필요에 따라 대증 치료를 한다. E형 간염은 극동 지방, 남동아시아, 아프리카, 중앙아메리카, 중동 지방 등에 더 유행하고, 임신부가 이 간염에 걸리면 죽을 수도 있다.면역 결핍 문제가 있는 사람이 E형 간염에 걸리면 그 간염이 만성 E형 간염으로 변화할 수 있다. Hepatitis E vaccine이 있다. E형 간염이 유행하는 지역으로 여행을 할 때는 물을 끓여 마시고 생고기를 먹지 말고 손을 잘 닦아 예방한다. 소스;AMA May 12 ,2020 |

Hepatitis E
Hepatitis E is caused by infection with the hepatitis E virus. It is prevalent in areas with poor water and sewage systems and is more prevalent in people with poor sanitation. People can contract the disease by drinking water contaminated with feces containing the hepatitis E virus, and people living in areas with good sanitation can also contract it by eating raw beef or pork contaminated with the hepatitis E virus.
Hepatitis E infection is particularly prevalent in areas with poor sanitation, such as India, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Central America.
It has also been reported in France and the UK, and in the United States, it primarily affects people who have traveled to areas where hepatitis E is prevalent.
Symptoms include fever, vomiting, abdominal pain, fatigue, joint pain, yellow eyes, yellow urine, and sometimes asymptomatic or even fatal. Pregnant women, in particular, can suffer more severe hepatitis, and up to 30% of pregnant women die.
Diagnose specific hepatitis. Diagnose. Provide symptomatic treatment as needed. Hepatitis E is more prevalent in the Far East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Central America, and the Middle East, and can be fatal if contracted in pregnant women. If someone with an immunodeficiency develops hepatitis E, the infection can develop into chronic hepatitis E.
Hepatitis E vaccine is available.
When traveling to areas where hepatitis E is prevalent, boil water before drinking, avoid eating raw meat, and wash your hands thoroughly to prevent infection. Source; AMA May 12,2020
