알츠하이머 병을 진단하는 데  증상징후를 참조하고  STMS(Short Test of Mental Status) 검사도 하고  Apolipoprotein E(APOE) e4 Allele 유전 인자 검사를 해서 진단한다.

이런 검사로 이병을 확진할 수는 할 수는 없다.
