두부 외상으로 인한 두통 Headache due to head trauma

- 두부에 타박상을 심하게 입거나, 경미하게 입을 때도 두부외상(頭部外傷)성 두통이 생길 수 있다.
- 두부에 경미한 타박상을 입었을 때의 두통은 타박상을 입은 두개 강 밖에 있는 두부의 부분에 주로 두통이 잠시 동안 조금 있는 것이 보통이다.
- 이때 생긴 두통은 하루 이틀 지나면 저절로 낫는 것이 보통이다.
- 두부에 심한 타박상을 입었을 때는 타박상을 입은 두개 강 밖에 있는 두피에도 두통이 생기고 두부 전체에도 몇 시간 동안, 또는 며칠 동안 계속 머리가 아플 수 있다.
- 두부에 타박상을 입은 후 두부가 점점 더 심하게 아플 때는 두개 강 내 출혈이나 심한 두개골 골절 등이 생겼나 의심해야 한다. 두개골 골절 참조, 두혈종 참조, 두부 외상 참조.

- A severe or mild bruise on the head can lead to a head trauma-like headache.
- Headache with a minor bruise on the head is usually the part of the head outside the bruised cranial cavity where there is a slight headache for a while.
- The headache that occurs at this time usually heals on its own after a day or two. When you have a severe bruise on the head, you may have a headache on the scalp outside the bruised cranial cavity, and the entire head may continue to hurt for hours or days.
- If the head hurts more and more after a bruise on the head, it should be suspected that intracranial bleeding or severe skull fracture has occurred. See skull fracture, see cephalohematoma, see head trauma.
