하악골 골절의 원인, 증상 징후

소아청소년들의 하악골이 안전 사고로 인해 가끔 골절될 수 있다.
특히 교통사고로 소아청소년들의 하악골이 골절될 수 있다.
승용차 안전의자에 앉지 않거나 안전벨트를 매지 않고 승용차를 타고 갈 때 차 사고가 나면 하악골이 골절될 수 있다.
치아 싹, 젖니와 영구치가 나 있는 소아에게 하악골이 골절되면 더 복잡한 치아 문제가 생길 수 있다.
치아에 부정교합이 생길 수 있다.
치아가 제자리에서 다른 자리로 움직이거나 구강 내 점막층과 근육에 열상이 생길 수 있다.
음식물을 씹어 먹을 때 치통이 생길 수 있고 하악골이 변형될 수 있다.
비대칭적 안모가 생길 수 있다.
하악골에 골수염이 생길 수 있다.
치아 싹이 손상될 수 있다.
측두하악골 관절 증후군, 설하 타액분비선 문제, 폐쇄성 수면 무호흡증, 만성 하악골 통증이 생길 수 있다.

하악골 골절의 진단

증상 징후, 병력 등을 참조해서 하악골 CT 스캔 검사로 진단할 수 있다.

하악골 골절의 치료

일반 치과, 구강외과 전문의, 소아청소년과 전문의, 치아 교정치료를 받는다.

Mandibular fracture causes, symptoms, and signs

The mandible in children and adolescents can sometimes be fractured due to accidents.
In particular, traffic accidents can cause fractures of the mandible of children and adolescents.
A car accident, while not sitting in a car seat or riding a car without a seat belt, can cause a fracture of the mandible.
In children with tooth buds, teething, and permanent teeth, mandibular fractures can lead to more complex dental problems.
May cause malocclusion in the teeth. Teeth may move from place to place, or lacerations may develop in the mucous membranes and muscles in the mouth.
Chewing food can cause a toothache and deform the mandible.
Asymmetric facial hair may occur.
Osteomyelitis may develop in the mandible.
Tooth buds can be damaged.
Temporomandibular joint syndrome, sublingual salivary gland problems, obstructive sleep apnea, and chronic lower jaw pain can occur.

Diagnosis of mandibular fracture

It can be diagnosed using a mandibular CT scan based on symptoms, signs, and medical history.

Treatment of mandibular fractures

by general dentists, oral surgery specialists, pediatric dentists, and orthodontic dentists.
