Hygienics for children and adolescents
- When various kinds of pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites, are infected through the nose, mouth, skin, hands, and exogenous organs into organs and tissues of the human body, various types of infectious diseases can occur. In particular, it is possible to get infectious diseases by infecting various kinds of pathogens through dirty hands.
- It may seem trivial, but the usual habit of washing your hands is the most effective in preventing infectious diseases and plays a large role in preventing infectious diseases.
- Parenting that you should wash your hands thoroughly to prevent transmission of pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites. It is very important to educate parenting and set an example to do so. Keep your body clean so you don’t get impetigo or other bacterial skin infections. However, you should not take a bath too often to wipe off sebum, skin insect peptides, etc., which have the function of preventing infectious diseases.
- Clean the inside and around the house where you live to prevent the growth of harmful insects such as mosquitoes and flies, so you do not catch infectious diseases.
- Prevent and treat allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis and asthma by preventing mold, mold, and house dust mites from growing in the house. When going outdoors, wear a hat, long pants, and long-sleeved gloves to prevent insect bites such as ticks, fire ants, mosquitoes, etc. You can prevent insect bites or stings by spraying an insect repellant called
- Permethrin on your clothes. Be careful not to be exposed to excessive sunlight to prevent sunburn and skin cancer.

- In particular, to prevent infectious diseases, let the national level set at least one out of 365 days a year as a handwashing day.
