피부 발진의 원인(1) The causes of skin rashes(1)

피부 발진을 일으킬 수 있는 원인은 셀 수 없을 정도로 아주 많다.
피부 발진의 종류나 모양도 천태만상이다.
여기서는 소아청소년들(0~18세)에게 흔히 나타나는 피부 발진의 원인에 관해 설명한다.
더 자세한 피부 발진의 원인과 증상 징후 진단 치료에 관해서는 각 질병 항목을 참조.

바이러스 감염병, 박테리아 감염병, 또는 진균 감염병 등으로 피부 발진이 생길 수 있다.

예를 들면,
- 홍역,
- 풍진,
- 돌발성 발진,
- 수두,
- 전염성 홍반,
- 콕삭키바이러스 감염병,
- 에코바이러스 감염병,
- 전염성 단핵구증,
- 수막구균 패혈증,
- 성홍열,
- 매독,
- 라임 병,
- 대상포진,
- 도장 부스럼 등으로 피부 발진이 생길 수 있다.

4. 약물 피부 발진

예를 들면, 페니실린이나, 에리스로마이신 등 항생제, 페노바르비탈이나 딜란틴 등 항경련제 또는 설파제 등의 약물로 치료할 때 피부에 d약물 발진이 생길 수 있다.
약물로 생긴 피부 발진을 약진이라고 한다. 약진은 약의 부작용과, 약의 유해 작용, 또는 약물 알레르기로 인해 생길 수 있다.
발진은 피부나 점막에 생길 수 있다.

4. Drug skin rash

• For example, when treated with antibiotics such as penicillin or erythromycin, anticonvulsants such as phenobarbital or dilantine, or drugs such as sulfa drugs, a drug rash may occur on the skin.

• A skin rash caused by a drug is called a rash. Leakage may be caused by side effects of the drug, adverse effects of the drug, or drug allergy.

• The rash may appear on the skin or mucous membranes.
