” Dear Connecticut Pediatric Vaccine Provider,

Over the past six months, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) has been restructured and has recommended changes to the childhood vaccine schedules.

In addition, the entire vaccine schedules has been changed but to date has not been approved by ACIP. As the vaccine landscape continues to evolve, the CT Department of Public Health believes it is important to monitor public perceptions of vaccines to better support providers.

We are asking for your participation in this short survey that is intended for professionals involved in the vaccination of pediatric patients, including advanced practice registered nurses, licensed practice nurses, registered nurses, physicians, and physician assistants. Feel free to share this email with colleagues. Please complete this survey by Friday, February 20th.

At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you would be willing to complete brief quarterly follow-up surveys. Participation in this initial survey is valuable even if you choose not to take part in the follow-up.

“코네티컷 소아 백신 접종 담당자 여러분께,
지난 6개월 동안 미국 질병통제예방센터(CDC) 예방접종 자문위원회(ACIP)가 개편되어 소아 백신 접종 일정 변경을 권고했습니다.
또한 전체 백신 접종 일정이 변경되었지만 아직 ACIP의 승인을 받지 못했습니다. 백신 관련 상황이 계속 변화함에 따라 코네티컷 공중보건부는 의료 제공자를 더 잘 지원하기 위해 백신에 대한 대중의 인식을 모니터링하는 것이 중요하다고 생각합니다.
본 설문조사는 소아 환자 예방 접종에 관여하는 전문가(전문 간호사, 면허 간호사, 등록 간호사 포함)를 대상으로 합니다. 참여를 부탁드립니다.” 간호사, 의사, 그리고 의사 보조원 여러분. 이 이메일을 동료분들과 공유해 주시면 감사하겠습니다. 2월 20일 금요일까지 설문조사에 참여해 주시기 바랍니다.
