Walking along the Mansfield Hollow Dam here, I see hundreds of crows, usually seen only one or two, gathered in a field without fighting, dozens of ducks gathered by the lake, and dozens of seagulls playing on the lakeshore, tens of miles away. I wonder how they can communicate and gather like that, even though they can’t send phone calls or letters. These creatures have long believed they possess AI intelligence.
