한타바이러스 증후군은 Bunyaviridae 족 Sin Nombre virus(SNV) 감염으로 생기는 바이러스 감염병이다. 이 병은 한국에서도 발 병 한다. 미국 동남서 지역에서 유행한다. 2018 년 미 덴버 콜로라도 주에서도 발생했다.

이 병이 한국에서도 유행한다고 한다.이 병에 걸리면 호흡기 부전증이 생기고 쇼크가 생기면서 사망할 수 있다.

급성 열성 바이러스 출혈열 중 하나이다.

잠복기는 1~6주다.

열, 오한, 두통, 근육통, 요통, 사지통, 구기, 구토, 설사, 현기증, 기침 등의 증상 징후가 생기고

폐부종과 저산소증, 숨 가쁨, 저혈압, 심장부전증 등이 생길 수 있다. 그리고 사망률이 약 38%가된다 MMWR 9/19.

설치류 매개체로 감염된다.

병력 증상 징후, 진찰소견, 한타 바이러스, IgG와 IgM 항체검사로 진단한다.SNV RNA를 검출해서 진단한다.

Ribavrin 항바이러스제로 치료하나 치료효과가 없다. 지지치료 및 인공기계 호흡 치료로 치료할 때도 있다.

Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome
Hantavirus syndrome is a viral infection caused by infection with Sin Nombre virus (SNV) of the Bunyaviridae family. This disease also occurs in Korea. It is prevalent in the southeastern and southwestern regions of the United States. It also occurred in Denver, Colorado, USA in 2018.
It is said that this disease is also prevalent in Korea. If you contract this disease, you may develop respiratory failure, shock, and death.
It is one of the acute febrile viral hemorrhagic fevers.
The incubation period is 1 to 6 weeks.
Symptoms such as fever, chills, headache, muscle pain, back pain, limb pain, mouthfeel, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and cough may occur.
Pulmonary edema, hypoxia, shortness of breath, low blood pressure, and heart failure may occur. And the mortality rate is about 38% MMWR 9/19.
Infected through rodent vectors.
Diagnosis is made based on medical history, symptoms, examination findings, hantavirus, IgG and IgM antibody tests. Diagnosis is made by detecting SNV RNA.
Treatment with ribavirin antiviral medication is ineffective. Sometimes it is treated with supportive care and mechanical breathing therapy.
