It is an honor to present ” How to Raise Your Sons and Daughters ” to people all over the world, especially my mother country, Korea, and the United State of America where I am living. Foods, shelter, clothes, health, and love are the most basic human necessity for children as well as adults. We all need a healthy, happy, and productive life with healthy self-esteem.

My wife and I have been together for 55 years-marriage life and we raised our two sons and one daughter without the fundamental parenting knowledge such as unconditional love and training children with love and so on.

I have been practicing in pediatrics for nearly 32 years at Willimantic, Connecticut, USA.

I found the parenting methods and principles in western society and oriental society are fundamentally the same, however, there are many differences in details parenting philosophy found.

I and my wife have grown in Korea until both came to the USA at the age of 30 years old and we have lived in the USA since then. I am able to combine oriental style parenting with western-style parenting into the most ideal best parenting in this book. I have collected the best parenting information from many textbooks from Korea and the USA

This book will give parents in the allover world how to raise and love their children and give cognitive and virtue education to their children and adolescents (0-18 years old).

This book also is for child-rearing guidelines that are easy to understand and practical and is compiled based on information obtained from extensive sources such as from various pediatric textbooks, journals, and the experience for 57 years medical professional career, a pediatrician and also as a parent.

“How to raise your sons and daughters” means how to love really unconditionally and raise your children and adolescents, how to make enough sleep, how to get the highest level of mental health, cognitive education, how to cultivate physical education, and how to become a productive member with healthy self-esteem and pride as a member in this society.

How can parents love their children while they are growing up and developing into adulthoods, how to communicate between children and parents well, how to relieve stress, how to manage anger, how to cultivate physical education, how to prevent teenagers to run away, bullying, teenage pregnancy, theft, lies, child-raising information, such as child abuse, is also provided here?

If you read this book and you will get a lot of information about raising children. It will give you the ideal directions for raising children and give you what was wrong and what was right in parenting.

This book will serve as a shining light so that parents can be extremely rewarded with what they did well while raising children and young children, and that wrong parenting practices can be corrected.

And also this book helps you how to raise your children into healthy and productive children with healthy self-esteem, how to love and raise your children, how to make sure that they have enough rest and sleep, how to keep your family stable while mom and dad are married smoothly and how to make unconditional love, how to convey the love of parents’ children, unconditional love, how to communicate between parents and children, how to build a happy family. It tells about children’s innate personality and nature. It also provides information on physical ailments such as colds, bronchial asthma, and allergic rhinitis that are common among children and adolescents, and mental health problems.

The information on parenting in this book would be very good for parents, doctors, as well as grandparents, elementary, middle, and high school teachers, medical students, nurses, students, and children and adolescents, all men and women.

If possible, it would be good to read it once from start to finish on a regular basis, and then read the necessary information as needed to solve problems such as loving children.

However, this book is not a substitute for your doctors and good parents’ parenting.

In addition, some of the contents of this book may be duplicated with the contents of other volumes for convenience. I hope you can recommend this book to your friends.

In the future, This book should be improved. I wish your generous heart to achieve that purpose.

“아들과 딸을 키우는 법”을 전 세계 사람들, 특히 제가 살고 있는 한국과 미국에 소개하게 되어 영광입니다. 음식, 집, 옷, 건강, 그리고 사랑은 아이와 어른 모두에게 가장 기본적인 인간적 필수품입니다. 우리 모두는 건강한 자존감을 가진 건강하고 행복하며 생산적인 삶을 살아야 합니다.
저는 아내와 55년 동안 결혼 생활을 해왔으며, 무조건적인 사랑이나 사랑으로 아이를 가르치는 것과 같은 기본적인 양육 지식 없이 두 아들과 한 딸을 키웠습니다.
저는 미국 코네티컷주 윌리맨틱에서 약 32년 동안 소아과 의사로 활동해 왔습니다.
서구 사회와 동양 사회의 양육 방식과 원칙은 근본적으로 동일하지만, 양육 철학의 세부적인 부분에서는 많은 차이가 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다.
저와 아내는 한국에서 성장하여 30세에 미국으로 건너왔고, 그 이후로 미국에서 살아왔습니다. 이 책에서 저는 동양식 양육법과 서양식 양육법을 결합하여 가장 이상적인 최고의 양육법을 제시합니다. 한국과 미국의 여러 교과서에서 최고의 양육 정보를 모았습니다.

이 책은 전 세계 부모들에게 자녀를 양육하고 사랑하는 방법, 그리고 자녀와 청소년(0~18세)에게 인지 교육과 덕성 교육을 제공하는 방법을 제시합니다.
