안구 내 이물의 개요

날카롭고 작은 쇠붙이나 나무 부스러기 등이 눈 속(안구 내)로 힘세게 날아와서 각막 층을 완전히 뚫은 후 안구 전방이나 안구 후방, 또는 초자체 속 깊숙이 들어온 안구 이물은 안구 내 이물 또는 눈 속 이물이라고 한다.

안구 내 이물의 증상 징후

이물이 안구 속 어느 부위에 있는지, 이물의 크기와 종류, 안구에 생긴 상처의 크기, 안구에 생긴 다른 외상의 유무 등에 따라 증상 징후가 다르다.
작고 날카로운 이물이 각막의 전 층을 뚫고 안구 속으로 들어가는 동안 눈이 심하게 아플 수 있다.
그 후 얼마 동안은 별다른 증상 징후가 없을 수 있다.
안구 내 이물이 있을 때는 거의 대부분의 경우, 그 쪽 눈이 붓고 아프고 붉어진다.
햇빛이나 전등불에 비치면 눈이 부시다.

이물이 전방 내, 후방 내 또는 초자체 내에 있을 수 있다

1-결막 이물, 2-각막 내 이물, 3-수정체 내 이물,

4-전방 내 이물, 5-후방 내 이물

안구 내 이물의 진단 치료

병력, 증상 징후와 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 안구 내 이물을 진단할 수 있다.
이물이 안구 깊숙이 들어 있다고 의심되면 안과나 병원 응급실로 급히 데리고 가 진단 치료를 받아야 한다.

Overview of foreign bodies in the eyeball

A foreign body inside the eyeball or a foreign body inside the eye is called a foreign body inside the eyeball or a foreign body inside the eye after a sharp and small metal or wood debris flew into the eye (inside the eye) to completely penetrate the corneal layer, and then entered the anterior or posterior of the eyeball, or deep inside the vitreous body.

Symptoms signs of a foreign body in the eyeball

Symptoms differ depending on where the foreign body is in the eyeball, the size and type of the foreign body, the size of the wound on the eyeball, and the presence or absence of other trauma on the eyeball.
Small, sharp foreign objects can cause severe eye pain while penetrating the entire layer of the cornea and entering the eyeball.
There may be no signs of symptoms for some time after that.
When there is a foreign body in the eye, in most cases, the eye on that side becomes swollen, painful, and red. It is dazzling when exposed to sunlight or light fixtures.

Foreign objects may be in the anterior, posterior or vitreous body

1- conjunctival foreign body,

2- corneal foreign body,

3- lens internal body,

4-foreign body,

5-rear foreign body
