급성 이완 마비 척수염Acute Flaccid Paralysis Myelitis

최근에 급성 이완 마비 척수염이 증가 일로에 있다.

이병은 드문 병이다.

급속도로 한쪽 또는 양쪽다리에 힘이 없고 이완 마비가 생기고

척 수 회색질에 병변이 생기고

이병을 의심하면 척수 MRI 검사로 지단 한다..

 어떤 종류의 엔테로바이러스 Enterovirus 감염으로 이 병이 생긴다.

특수 치료약물은 없다.

Acute Flaaccid Paralysis Myelitis

Recently, acute flaccid paralytic myelitis has been on the rise.
This disease is rare.
Suddenly, one or both legs become weak and paralyzed.
Lesions occur in the gray matter of the spinal cord
If this disease is suspected, a spinal MRI examination is performed.
This disease is caused by infection with some type of enterovirus. There are no special treatment drugs.
