급성 이완 마비 척수염
Acute Flaccid Paralysis Myelitis
최근에 급성 이완 마비 척수염이 증가일로에 있다.
이병은 드문 병이다.
급속도로 한쪽 또는 양쪽 다리에 힘이 없고 이완마비가 생기고
척수 회색질에 병변이 생기고 이 병을 의심하면 척수 MRI 검사로 진단한다.
어떤 종류의 엔테로바이러스(Enterovirus) 감염으로 이 병이 생긴다.
특수 치료약물은 없다.

Recently, acute flaccid paralytic myelitis has been on the rise.
This disease is rare.
Suddenly, one or both legs become weak and paralyzed.
Lesions occur in the gray matter of the spinal cord
If this disease is suspected, a spinal MRI examination is performed.
This disease is caused by infection with an enterovirus. There are no special treatment drugs.
