건강하게 행복하게 국민 건강 증진 하는 것은 복잡하고 단순하지 않다.
태아, 신생아, 영유아, 학령기아, 사춘기아, 소아청소년, 중년, 노년 남녀 노소, 부모, 가정, 사회, 의사, 각계각층 지도자가 다 같이 동참해서 정신 육체적 사회적 경제적으로 가장 건강하게 이루어야 한다.
이 중 모든 국민이 적어도 반쯤은 의사가 되어야 한다.
의료 인의 수, 의료인의 능력, 교육, 의료 경비, 의료인 양성 교육이 다 같이 합리적으로 고려해 그 나라의 가정 적절한 의료 정책을 유지 해야 한다.
나는 소아과 의사로 어느 나라에서 살든지 부모는 적어도 반의사가 될 수 있다록 모든 국민이 건강에 관해 공부를 많이 해야 한다고 생각 한다.

집안이 잘되려면 자식들이 건강하고 행복하여야지요.
그 나라가 잘 되려면 어린 아이들부터 성인들까지 다 건강하고 행복 하여야지요.
인간의 삶의 필수품인 의,식,주, 의(건강) 이 4가지 중 의 즉 건강이 제일 중요 하지요.
바로 이런 이유로 우리 모두 건강증진에 힘써야지요.
대통령도 솔선 수범으로 조국, 남북한 국민 건강증진, 특히 어린들의 건강 증진에 힘써야 한다고 생각합니다.

Maintaining the health and well-being of the nation is a complex and multifaceted task.
It requires the participation of everyone: fetuses, newborns, infants, school-aged children, adolescents, young adults, middle-aged and elderly people, parents, families, society, doctors, and leaders from all walks of life. It must be achieved through a holistic approach encompassing mental, physical, social, and economic well-being.
Of all these factors, at least half of the population should have a basic understanding of medicine.
The number of medical professionals, their abilities, education, healthcare costs, and medical training programs must all be rationally considered to maintain the most appropriate healthcare policy for the country.
As a pediatrician, I believe that in any country, parents should be at least half-doctors, and all citizens should study health extensively.

For a family to prosper, the children must be healthy and happy.
For a country to prosper, everyone from young children to adults must be healthy and happy.
Of the four necessities of human life—clothing, food, shelter, and health—health is the most important.
This is why we must all strive to improve our health.
I believe the President should also take the lead in promoting the health of the nation, both North and South Korea, especially the health of children.

Furthermore, how wonderful would it be if the government took responsibility for the medical costs of pregnancy, childbirth, and delivery, as well as the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment costs of diseases for newborns, infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and adolescents?
Parents should become half-doctors.
