Burn injuries 화상 부상

The majority of burn injuries are minor and either do not require treatment or can be treated by any caregiver. More severe burns can result in clinically significant morbidity and, unless treated appropriately, can lead to severe scarring. Major burns lead to a profound systemic response that has serious long-term effects on the patient.¹ Failure to properly treat these injuries will lead to rapid development of organ failure and death. Although most major injuries are treated in burn centers, expeditious and appropriate initial treatment will improve outcomes. The goal of this review is to provide basic principles of management that lead to the best outcomes for patients with either small or large burns.

화상 부상의 대부분은 경미하며 치료가 필요하지 않거나 간병인이 치료할 수 있습니다. 더 심한 화상은 임상적으로 심각한 질병을 초래할 수 있으며, 적절하게 치료하지 않으면 심각한 흉터를 남길 수 있습니다. 주요 화상은 환자에게 장기적으로 심각한 영향을 미치는 심오한 전신 반응으로 이어집니다.1 이러한 부상을 적절하게 치료하지 못하면 장기 부전이 빠르게 진행되어 사망하게 됩니다. 대부분의 주요 부상은 화상 센터에서 치료되지만 신속하고 적절한 초기 치료를 통해 결과가 향상됩니다. 이 검토의 목표는 작거나 큰 화상을 입은 환자에게 최상의 결과를 가져오는 관리의 기본 원칙을 제공하는 것입니다.
